I took off from Honolulu at 10pm last night and landed in DC around 13 hours later. Made the trek back to vote on emergency funding for our small businesses - the real ones, who need help the most! Senate passed it today, the House will vote on Thursday. Be safe, everyone!

Think about the cruelty of our health care system.
Someone is diagnosed with cancer. They are fighting for their lives. Then they get a $100,000 bill.
And in the midst of all of this, health care companies make $100 billion in profit a year.

I just had a chance to look at Wednesday night’s debate. It reminded me of a @ufc cage fight. But they come across not quite as authentic or honest as the martial artists. And UFC fights aren’t rigged.

This is a national crisis.
More veterans have died by suicide the last 10 years than during the entire Vietnam War. Almost 70% of them did not receive healthcare services from the VA before their death.
