Congratulations to our winning group (presented with £15 vouchers each) who produced a fabulous promotional video & performed strongly on every task throughout the day 🏆 All pupils were really engaged & we can’t wait to run it again next year!

They also got a visit from a real-life Tax Accountant & heard about pathways into the job. Lots of fabulous questions asked too! We also got a break for some pizza 🍕 before their final challenge: create a 60-second promotion video encouraging young people into Finance!

S3 Accounting pupils were visited today by one of the Big 4 Accounting firms for a workshop on careers in finance & accounting. They LOVED it! First task: create “employability superheroes” with some vital skills needed in today’s workplace 🦸♂️

P6 absolutely loved feeling like scientists today after a session with a YSL from @Duncanrig_STEM!
We learned about Acids and Alkalis by conducting our own experiments testing pH levels🧪🧑🏼🔬

Our @STEM egg-drop challenge was a success with all 4 teams able to drop the egg 2m without it breaking 👏 The 2nd floor balcony may have been a step to far.. but it was great fun! 🫳🥚😁
