NBA Twitter so dramatic The Thunder were the best team in the league game 1-82 and swept the first 2 rounds of the playoffs and lost a competitive game 7 at home vs a great team down key guys No Chet is not terrible now and no they don’t need to make drastic moves lmao

The referees were correct in denying Mitch Johnson that challenge. The rule is very specific: he needs to first call timeout, then challenge. He never signaled for the timeout before signaling for the challenge.

Scottie Barnes getting screwed in both All-Defense and All-NBA voting has me legitimately thinking people just did not watch enough Raptors games this year. How in the world did he only get nine out of 100 votes? Wild.
Scottie Barnes missing All-NBA in favor of Jalen Duren is one of the all-time worst All-NBA votes I have ever seen in my life. What are we doing?

My goodness a guy that played 80 out of 82 games, had 100 steals and 100 blocks, anchored a top 5 defense got absolutely shafted off a first team defensive team. Did I mention they were also a top 5 seed when most didn’t have them making the playoffs? Did I mention that he lead the league in clutch time blocks aswell. Lmaooo fuck these voters talking about some Derrick White. Worst thing is you got Heat fans talking about some Bam Adebayo and NY fans talking about OG Anunoby who are both phenomenal defenders, but if we’re talking this season strictly this is criminal. I don’t even know what more an individual has to do to get first team all defense. Streets won’t forget this defensive season from you @ScottBarnes561

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has 33 assists to 7 turnovers ratio and with an offensive rating of 130.4 in his minutes against this Spurs defense He's doing this while fighting every blitz and coverage throughout the game He's simply incredible
Shai has been playing great the entire playoffs and a lot of you are flat out ignoring it and pretending he sucks just cause yall don’t like him lmao

The SGA discourse is tiring. The officiating discourse is exhausting. We’re literally watching one of the best playoff series I’ve ever seen in my life. Not being able to enjoy two kick-ass teams going head to head in a heavyweight fight is just lame!!

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was sensational tonight. His development as a playmaker from year to year has been amazing. 33 assists to 7 turnovers in the series and I think even that stat undersells how he's in total command out there.

I don’t wanna hear anyone say nobody watches the WNBA ever again. This is what a NY Liberty game looks like when there is a Knicks ECF game at the SAME time 4 miles away…

Masai Ujiri speaks on Kyrie’s future with the Mavericks: “Kevin Durant once told me that there's only one Kyrie [Irving] walking around in the world. I think we have to figure out a way, how Kyrie fits with our program. I've had those conversations with Kyrie, up till yesterday and I think Kyrie will fit. There's a huge curiosity in our minds to see how Kyrie fits playing with Cooper Flagg … and I think we owe this organization that”

Sure. Fox will be back. But Wemby will not average 40 & 20. OKC was rusty. Their top 3 players will all have much better games tonight. As will Ajay Mitchell. I would not be surprised if it's going to be a blowout!

Sports media have collectively forgotten who the Thunder are. They will be reminded of that tonight.

Whatever we have done to upset the basketball gods. Aren't we square with the house by now? Haven't we paid enough?? #Netsworld

This one hurts. Jason Collins was a pioneer. He had courage like you've never seen. He was an incredible teammate. And having him in Brooklyn at the start of my coaching journey meant so much. Those who knew him were blessed to call him a friend. You are already missed my brother. Rest in power. 💔

The last 24 hours on this app would qualify as torture under the Geneva convention for Nets fans.
I was watching the 2026 NBA Draft Lottery again and I discovered that the No. 1 pick was almost in the hands of the Brooklyn Nets. The 4-2 first two digit combination for the No. 1 pick essentially made it a 50-50 chance for BKN and WAS. #1 was next, but #12 right behind. If the number had been #12 instead of #1 for that third ball being selected, the Nets would’ve had a 91% chance at the No. 1 pick with 10 of the 11 remaining combinations, compared to the Wizards having just one combination at 9%. Once #1 became the third number, the Wizards instantly won the lottery, regardless of what the final number (13) was. A split second took the Nets from being in the driver’s seat for the No. 1 pick to being out of the top four and selecting No. 6 overall. Brutal.
