And, as I suspected, the box that was NOT handled with care by UPS did end up having a cracked Co2 Tube upon unboxing inspection. Now I need to go over the entire motion system and everything else to ensure no further damage was incurred. Why am I not surprised at UPS??

The box has “breakable glass..handle with care” on all sides… it is heavy… it is a @MonportLaser Co2 laser… this is how @UPS handles it with “care” on delivery.
