Congratulations to the RecycleMania winners!

During the January 17 Board Meeting, the District congratulated schools, students, and staff who won the 2023-2024 RecycleMania Contest. RecycleMania participants had to collect and recycle as many bottles and cans as possible during their homecoming football games. The six participating schools collected more than 2,500 gallons of recyclables, diverting nearly half of the all the waste typically generated on homecoming game day.
The contest is sponsored by Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful, Inc.. and the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County in partnership with the District's Environmental and Conservation Services Department.
