Being "nice" doesn’t solve problems. It doesn’t build trust or push people to grow. It simply avoids conflict, leaving issues unresolved. Think about a time when your leader was just "nice." They: Avoided conflict Ignored problems Sugarcoated feedback Maybe it felt good at first, but did you really grow from it? Being kind is different. Leadership isn’t a popularity contest. It’s about creating a space where people feel: Challenged Supported Trusted Kindness does that. Niceness doesn’t.

You need to get ready! Where you are is not permanent. God has explosive blessings coming your way. He will increase you beyond your salary. He will bless you beyond your normal income. He will suddenly change things in your life.

When you destroy someone's life with lies, take it as a loan. It'll come back to you with interest. Be careful who you decide to hurt cause some people pray, and when they cry, God acts on their behalf.

People who have no life will always try to start drama in yours. Ignore them!

Don't allow someone in your clique to keep you in ignorance by persuading you to dislike someone because they do. Be man or woman enough to think on your own!

One of the greatest honors of my life was the privilege of serving as commander-in-chief, and with pride also came sometimes heartbreak and loss. And the sober recognition of the sacrifices that so many Americans and their families have made to preserve our freedom. On Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We owe them so much, and their memories will never be forgotten.
