I don't even see how we spend the money that Ndiaye would bring in.
Struggling to find DM/RB/LWs that are above Β£30-35m that would actually join. Now that's not the case for all positions, but those are the needs.
I do think it's the right time to sell though, it's a tough one.

If Ndiaye goes, sign a left winger with pace who can create the sorts of chances that Barry/Beto thrive off. Consider wing depth and make decisions on George/McNeil.

Here's a look at Moyes' last 3 tenures at clubs.
Strong starts followed by gradual declines after that. Best season at West Ham by far 20/21, their last season under him with no European football alongside league fixtures.
By the end things got very very rough.
