Happy #WorldBicycleDay to you! In my adulthood, I've only just learned to use my gears. I learned to ride on a hand me down BMX. While in Germany for the 2024 @PSAD_studygroup meeting, I rode my first e-bike. What a luxury!!! (And I only fell off once...)

Headlines like this perpetuate diabetes stigma - did u know less than 10% still had remission 5 years later?! Better headline - “type 2 diabetes remission possible but not sustainable for 9 in 10 who tried it” #SupportNotStigma @DUK_research @thetimes

"Please stop conflating appearance with health."🙌
“Dr Emma, you are clever about food & nutrition, but you are fat… how do you cope?” I think is what this person is asking me. Friends, weight is not health. Please stop conflating appearance with health.
