1/8 In cardiac arrest, adrenaline reliably improves ROSC - but has not consistently translated into better long-term neurological survival. Our comment asks whether the problem is not adrenaline itself, but how and where we deliver it.. Open access: tinyurl.com/aortic-epi

This weekend i had the opportunity to attend to the SPEARS course. It was an amazing experience; pushing the boundaries of resuscitation therapy towards a physiological approach - this is the way to improve ROSC / survival. Thanks to the ABRAMEDE and the SPEAR team for the knowledge and experiences shared!

The first session of our #SPEAR is going strong here in Mannheim, Germany. Physiology during a cardiac arrest, is it just a worse version of normal physiology or is it really different? Do you know the right answer? #SPEAR #ecpr #resuscitation
