If you haven't been to downtown @CityofCOS lately, it might look a little different with all the progress on the apartment complexes. There are nearly 2000 apts under construction right now from City Gate near Weidner Field to a whole row of complexes along Wahsatch. @DowntownCS

Snowing up north in the North Gate area near Bass Pro. The Apartments here are moving right along. Makes the area look a lot different.

Concerning SB23-107, the motion failed on a vote of 2-3 on Feb 9th. The bill would have expanded the Senior And Veterans With Disabilities Property Tax Exemption. This does not affect the current program already in place. Learn more about the bill here:
