Speed is impressive… but simplicity might be the bigger win.

De Novo AFib ➡️ AAFL. Check out just how well Ensite X’s OT Near Field algorithm automatically annotates some beautiful 🤩 low voltage fractionated signals. #HDGrid#EnsiteX#EPeeps@AbbottCardio @JohnSummers_MD
Decremental pacing from RV at the start of the case revealed change in activation with onset at CS 5,6. Slanted pathway noted by pathway potentials on CS and OT Vectors. Ventricular paced map with #HDGrid revealed target. Goodbye pathway👋 #EPeeps
Left lateral accessory pathway mapped in tach with #HDGrid and ablated with #TactiFlex. Propagation shows a perfect target for ablation 🎯! #Epeeps@JPayne_EP
Ever seen an Atrial Tach map with no clear ablation strategy? Watch as a clear target is revealed utilizing the power LiveView (beat by beat mapping) and OT (Omnipolar Technology). How are you utilizing #HDGrid#EnsiteX? @JohnSummers_MD @AbbottCardio
Map more ablate less. #HDGrid efficiently identified this dual loop circuit, revealing the roof to be the common critical isthmus. High density mapping, combined with thorough collaboration, resulted in termination with only 16 seconds of RF time.

Ever mapped an AFib trigger? Patient arrived in AFib and was cardioverted, but soon after went into an organized tach (CL of 190-210ms). Tach eventually disorganized into AFib, but not before we got quick map with #HDGrid. Isolating the LSPV felt extra good today! @abl8trkoomson
#HDGrid OT (Omnipolar Technology) LiveView (beat by beat mapping) was used to locate this RIPV connection. Bipolar ablation signals failed to find this low voltage connection, but #HDGrid led us right to the spot 🎯. #EPeeps@EP_TylerHunt
This left lateral pathway was mapped in tach using #HDGrid OT nearfield. OT vectors show a clear target 🎯 for #TactiCath to finish the job. @JPayne_EP Welcome to OKC! #EPeeps
#HDGrid#EnsiteX#OT. This AAFL was induced on a De Novo AFib patient while gathering our initial CS Pace ILAM map. Gorgeous signals were found on the posterior wall of the LA. Flutter was induced while mapping and we knew just the spot to go🎯. #EPeeps @JohnSummers_MD
RA AAFL on a patient with both a DC PPM and a previous RF PVI. A quick map with #HDGrid identified the circuit in the lateral RA. #OT sparkle beautifully demonstrates conduction spinning around a line of block! #EPeeps @JohnSummers_MD
Pin wheel AAFL found at the base of the left atrial appendage. Circuit looked passive in the left atrium until #HDGrid found the spot. #EPeeps @JohnSummers_MD
