Rant:
I saw many messages today about multiple streamers recommend chilling/taking a break/SSF.
The 'conclusion' drawn by some - GGG paid.
If 10 doctors recommend you to get treated, it's not because the big pharma is behind it. It's because they're doctors.
Content creators engage with the community
Each CC reads 1000 messages/tweets. People are enraged right now.
But... this is not the first time GGG dropped the ball... And picked it up. This happens like every second league. ESPECIALLY during early access.
Things will turn out fine.

Everyone forgets that at launch when maps required all Rare mobs to be killed there were no icons.
Now that they are not required to complete the map, people are upset the icons went away.
