Kretinsky owning both West Ham and AC Sparta Prague has become easier now that we cannot compete in any UEFA competitions. However, if we get promoted and start pushing for Europe owning both AC Sparta Prague and West Ham could be a problem. Prague has always been his passion project. West Ham was only an investment vehicle, so even if DK ends up buying West Ham and gets us promoted it will always be short term and with a view to sell the club so he doesn’t get mixed up in UEFA joint ownership.
