To my former students taking the 2nd day of bar exam today, everyone else taking it feels tired too. You can do it. Also, don't listen to people after the exam talk about answers. They'll mention things you didn't write. Doesn't mean they're right. Once it's over, go celebrate.🏆

"I don’t blame EA for not publishing a game sooner. The NCAA and colleges wouldn’t have allowed EA to use their intellectual property in a game where EA did right by the players."

Bill Russell, RIP, played a key role in civil rights and U.S. sports law. The 1st time "name, image & likeness" appeared in a sports case was in 1986, Kenyatta Corp. v. IRS, involving Russell using a company for NIL. In 2011, Russell joined @Ed_OBannon in defeating NCAA over NIL.
