Surprising?! Is calpro equivalent to IUS for determining treatment response in Crohn’s? This study discussed by @MLongMD @EdwardLoftus2 @GuildConference suggests so.

Blood test for colon cancer screening test sounds fabulous but 17% miss rate for cancer 👀. However better than no screening for those who won’t do stool test or colonoscopy.

Are you surveying for celiac disease correctly? @AmyOxentenkoMD @GuildConference walks us through how to achieve highest diagnostic yield ✅ patient eating gluten ✅ at least 6 biopsies ✅ single biopsy at a time ✅ 2 in bulb, 4 more distally

Interesting slide from @AmyOxentenkoMD Celiac vs IBD. Clearly patients want options. Goes to show that pure diet based therapy has quality of life issues as well. @GuildConference

Throwing down the gauntlet @babudayyeh @GuildConference ✅ no Vit K or FFP for acute bleed ✅ most pts don’t need bridging for elective procedures (check with cardiology/hematology)
