A group of guys standing behind me in a massive immigration line for non-EU citizens at Munich airport discussing how they were “tricked” into voting for Brexit.
Maybe think a little harder about who you choose to listen to.
@virginmedia I've tried to cancel my broadband installation online, and by phone, and now you've put me on hold while you work your way through your terrible hold music. Your customer service is awful.
Hi @PepperMoneyUK, you're repossessing a family home tomorrow from a constituent and refuse to negotiate with him or his lawyer despite him having 50%LTV and proposing several significant repayment schedules. I've taken to make this public as you are not responding. Can you help?
I had a miserably experience with your customer service department today, @enterprisecares.
Woke up today to find an unsolicited £5000 charge to my account from your Heathrow outlet related to a rental in early June.
Spent an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone...
Finally I speak to someone who confirms that that the charge was indeed unsolicited. She had no idea why you would charge me such a large amount.
She said that she would arrange the refund, call me to confirm, and get the manager of the Heathrow office to call and apologise.
Have I received the money back yet? No. (£5000!!)
Have I received a call from anyone? No.
Is it normal for you to charge your customers enormous sums for no reason, @enterprisecares ?
Am I going to get compensation for your error?
Hi @enterprisecares - is it normal for you to charge your customers nearly £5000 on the return of a rental car for no stated reason and with no warning? It is making me very angry.
