It’s wild how most audiologists don’t know sign language & still push deaf people to lip read in 2024. They work with deaf and HoH people often, yet somehow believe knowing the most crucial form of communication isn’t essential for their job.

My pinky finger was broke and was told that it could be healing in 12 wks. So I got another 6/7 wks left. Nurse seems happy that in fact I use sign language to keep my fingers exercise cos most of her patients just being lazy, not exercising their fingers. That’s why BSL is best!
