Public servants serve the public. That means being present, accountable, and available — not treating City Hall like a once-a-month pop-in. Two days a month isn’t hybrid work. It’s absence. 2/
If you’re running to lead one of the most powerful legal offices in California, the least you can do is actually show up to it.

Amazing game, series, season - I held my breath almost too long more than once tonight and it was so worth it! All of LA is proudly saluting our back to back champion Dodgers (even curmudgeonly diehard Yankee fans).
Congratulations to all of the excellent honorees at last night’s @LADemocrats Roosevelt Awards, a community of leaders so dedicated to the people of Los Angeles. Brava to my friend & special honoree Carolyn Fowler, @CA_Dem Contoller & Women's Caucus Chair Emerita!

This is a long-overdue correction to the disparity in the law. I thank @CAgovernor for signing this bill and @SusanRubioCA for her leadership in holding accountable, sex offenders who target our children.
Today is Indigenous Peoples’ Day – and we celebrate and honor the Indigenous peoples who were the original stewards of this land, their enduring cultures, deep traditions, and powerful contributions. Happy Indigenous People's Day!

On this Yom Kippur, I wish all who observe a meaningful time of reflection, peace, and renewal. May we all be sealed for goodness in the book of life. G'mar Chatimah Tovah.
As the Jewish New Year begins, we wish Jewish Angelenos a sweet and meaningful year. May this Rosh Hashanah bring peace, renewal and hope. L'Shanah Tovah! #RoshHashanah
