I’ve been running a bunch of wakefulness experiments lately and surprisingly I’ve been reaching for Modafindz and Thozalinone more than Flmodafinil. Don’t get me wrong, Flmodafinil is still excellent with its fast onset and strong long-haul focus, but these two just feel better suited to my current needs. Modafindz delivers cleaner, more natural alertness with smoother dopamine support and way less of that potential edgy crash I sometimes notice from higher Flmodafinil doses. Thozalinone brings a nice motivational dopamine and norepinephrine push that keeps me in productive flow without any jitteriness or vasoconstriction sides. The real winner is stacking either one with Bromantane for that tyrosine hydroxylase upregulation and sustained dopamine capacity, plus TAK-653 for the AMPA modulation and neuroplasticity boost. Together it creates smooth all-day drive with mental flexibility, minimal tolerance buildup, and basically zero crash. Feels way more sustainable for me right now. Of course everyone’s neurochemistry is different so bloodwork and careful self-experimentation are key. RUO only. What’s been working best in your wakefulness stack lately? Drop it below. #Nootropics #Biohacking #CognitiveEnhancement (ELEVATE code at Kimera Chems for research compounds)

NAD injections are one of the most overhyped things people are injecting right now. NAD is legit crucial for cellular energy, mitochondria, sirtuins, DNA repair—levels drop with age. Biology checks out. But the shots as the ultimate energy hack? Mostly marketing. Precursors like NMN or NR (oral) raise NAD levels effectively with way better safety data and far lower cost. Injections sound “direct,” but your body breaks it down anyway. Not the miracle energy in a shot shortcut clinics and influencers sell. What’s your take, have you tried NAD ? Drop experiences below. #Biohacking #Longevity #NAD #EvidenceBased Code ELEVATE at Kimera chems for quality research chems

Some people feel a quick energy bump because NAD plays a role in how your cells make energy, especially if their levels were low to begin with, but for the average healthy person, it’s just expensive piss, your body doesn’t hang onto the extra. Most people don’t need NAD injections because our bodies already make plenty of it naturally, and oral supplements like NMN or NR can usually raise your levels just fine if you’re eating decently and not super old or sick.

Kimera’s got another one that’s been around for a while but still misunderstood… Arimistane (Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione) This isn’t just some “test booster” like people try to label it. In research, it’s looked at as an irreversible aromatase inhibitor. Big difference. Most compounds just compete with aromatase temporarily… Arimistane is studied as a suicide inhibitor, meaning it binds to the enzyme and essentially shuts it down. Quick breakdown: Aromatase = enzyme that converts androgens → estrogens Arimistane interacts with that pathway and inactivates the enzyme itself, not just blocks it for a short window. So from a research standpoint, you’re looking at: • Estrogen synthesis suppression models • Hormonal pathway modulation • Enzyme-level interaction studies Why researchers care: If you’re studying androgen ↔ estrogen balance, enzyme inhibition, or endocrine signaling… Having something that works at the enzyme level (not just receptor level) gives a much cleaner look at what’s actually happening upstream. Also worth noting — it’s structurally derived from androstanes, which is why it often gets lumped into categories it doesn’t really belong in. It’s not being looked at for “anabolic” effects in research. It’s about controlling conversion pathways. Like a lot of these compounds, the real value is understanding the mechanism… not the marketing around it. Research Use Only. Not for human consumption or therapeutic use. For laboratory and educational purposes only.

The more we dig into SANA (MVD1) the more interesting it becomes for the fitness world. Biohackers and athletes grinding for recomp fat loss and metabolic edge this one is worth paying attention to. SANA, a nitroalkene derivative of salicylate is emerging as a first in class small molecule that ramps up creatine dependent thermogenesis in adipose tissue. Not another appetite suppressor. Not reliant on UCP1 or cold exposure. It boosts mitochondrial respiration and resting energy expenditure through the creatine kinase phosphocreatine cycle in fat cells essentially making your body burn more calories at rest by turning creatine into a futile thermogenic loop. Preclinical models showed solid protection against diet induced obesity reduced liver steatosis better insulin sensitivity and enhanced fat oxidation. Early first in human Phase 1 data backs safety tolerability with signals of weight loss and improved glucose control in overweight obese volunteers. Oral works in thermoneutral conditions and targets a pathway that complements training and nutrition instead of fighting against it. For the fitness crowd imagine a tool that supports higher energy expenditure without the GI sides or muscle concerns some see with other approaches. Pairs conceptually with resistance training preserve build muscle while partitioning better Zone 2 work mito efficiency and other metabolic levers. Deeper dives into the mechanism reveal broad potential for body comp recovery resilience and long term metabolic health especially relevant if you are pushing hard in demanding roles or optimizing beyond basics. SANA (MVD1) can conceptually stack well with CL-316243 or SLU-PP-915 in research contexts because they hit distinct complementary metabolic pathways. With CL-316243 (selective β3-adrenergic agonist): Strong potential complementarity. CL primarily activates β3 receptors to drive UCP1-mediated thermogenesis in BAT, lipolysis in white adipose, and some mitochondrial effects. SANA’s creatine pathway is UCP1-independent, so together they could amplify total thermogenic output (one via classic adrenergic/BAT route, the other via creatine cycling in adipocytes). Research on β3 agonists shows they enhance fat mobilization and energy expenditure; layering a non-UCP1 mechanism like SANA could broaden the effect on body comp and metabolic rate. Monitor for additive effects on heart rate or desensitization with prolonged CL use. With SLU-PP-915 (ERR pan-agonist/exercise mimetic): Excellent mechanistic fit. SLU-PP-915 activates ERRα/β/γ to drive mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative phosphorylation, fatty acid oxidation (FAO), and Krebs cycle genes, essentially reprogramming muscle and other tissues to behave like they’re doing endurance training. SANA’s boost to adipose energy expenditure and mito respiration pairs naturally with this for whole-body metabolic efficiency: better fat burning capacity (SLU) higher resting burn (SANA). SLU synergizes with actual exercise, so this stack could amplify training adaptations, endurance, and recomp without overlapping signaling. The research is still early but the pathway is novel and mechanistically clean. Quality research grade versions are available for lab study through trusted vendors. RUO Disclaimer: For educational discussion and laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Sterile technique testing professional consultation and legal compliance are essential. Individual results vary. The deeper we go the more SANA looks like a smart addition to evidence based stacks. Why the hell aren’t you running Kimera’s GHK-Cu Amino blend yet? This isn’t basic GHK-Cu. It’s a targeted multi-compound system delivering GHK-Cu 2mg/mL combined with Hydroxyproline 50mg/mL, Glycine 50mg/mL, and Proline 50mg/mL in a 20mL sterile water 1% benzyl alcohol solution. A powerful stack designed to support collagen pathways from signaling and raw material angles. The core powerhouse: GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper complex of the tripeptide Glycyl-Histidyl-Lysine that declines with age. It’s one of the most researched peptides for regeneration: •Strongly upregulates collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis while downregulating matrix-degrading enzymes (MMPs). This drives better extracellular matrix remodeling, firmer, thicker, more elastic skin and connective tissue. •Accelerates wound healing and tissue repair via fibroblast activation, angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), and keratinocyte proliferation — research shows improved closure rates and scar quality. •Potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actions: scavenges free radicals, modulates cytokines, protects against oxidative stress and UV damage. •Broader regenerative effects through gene expression changes that help “reset” damaged or aged tissue toward healthier function. •Supports hair follicle health in models. Decades of clinical and preclinical data back visible improvements in skin appearance, wrinkle reduction, photo-damage repair, and healing rates. Especially relevant for demanding physical roles, heavy training, or longevity-focused optimization ..your largest organ and supporting structures take constant stress. The Amino Boost: Hydroxyproline, Glycine & Proline
These aren’t random additions — they’re the foundational building blocks of collagen itself (making up a massive portion of its structure). Glycine (every third residue in the collagen triple helix), Proline, and Hydroxyproline (derived from proline) are critical for stability, synthesis, and overall connective tissue integrity. Supplementing them alongside GHK-Cu provides both the signaling trigger (from the copper peptide) and abundant raw materials for your body to actually build and repair collagen more effectively. This synergy targets ECM remodeling, skin elasticity, joint/tendon resilience, and recovery at a deeper level than either alone. Research on these aminos highlights their roles in collagen production, tissue maintenance, and even broader benefits like improved skin hydration, texture, and structural integrity. The result? A research blend that hits collagen pathways comprehensively — signaling upregulation substrate supply — making it a smart choice for anyone serious about tissue quality that keeps up with training and life demands. Use code ELEVATE at checkout for up to 20% off professionals, and comply with all laws and regulations. Individual response varies. Quality sourcing is non-negotiable in this space — bad material wastes time and adds unnecessary risks. So… why aren’t YOU running Kimera’s GHK-Cu Amino blend yet? •Still relying on basic topicals or single-ingredient options? •Waiting for the “perfect” protocol while your skin, recovery, and connective tissue lag? •Not exploring this synergistic signaling substrate approach? Drop your thoughts, experiences, or questions below. Let’s discuss mechanisms, practical research applications, and how it fits into evidence-based optimization. Skin health, wound repair, and tissue resilience matter more than most admit, especially when you’re, training hard, or playing the long game. #GHKCu #GHKCuAmino #CollagenSupport #TissueRepair #Biohacking #KimeraChems #ElevateBiohacking #ResearchCompounds #RUO kimerachems.co/product/ghk-c…

Scroll through X, TikTok, or the usual biohacking corners and you’ll see the same script on repeat: dramatic before-and-afters, “visceral fat melted,” “targeted abdominal recomp in weeks,” affiliate links flying, and urgent DMs for “the protocol.” Tesamorelin gets heavy rotation in these circles right now, a stabilized GHRH analog pushed as the precision tool for stubborn belly fat without the “downsides” of full GH or GLP-1s. It looks clean. It sounds scientific. It sells. The compounds change (Tesamorelin today, something else tomorrow), but the formula stays the same: dramatic claims, selective study screenshots, downplayed sides or rebound, and zero emphasis on the boring fundamentals that actually determine 80-90% of results. Many “transformations” quietly include aggressive deficits, heavy training, other compounds (including anabolics or GLP-1s), or simply better sleep/stress management that no one mentions. We’re not here to bash peptides or research compounds. We use them, research them, and source quality versions because they can be powerful adjuncts. But we’re ruthlessly honest about mechanisms, evidence, limitations, cost-benefit, and what “smarter” actually looks like in 2026. This guide cuts through the noise on Tesamorelin for fat loss, compares it directly to low-dose HGH (a tool many in our community, including those in demanding roles, have found more practical and controllable), and then explores genuinely interesting emerging or under-hyped options like SLU-PP-915 (ERR pan-agonist exercise mimetic), SANA (creatine-dependent thermogenesis activator), and CL-316243 (selective β3-adrenergic agonist). We’ll talk real mechanisms, what the studies actually show (not marketing slides), practical considerations, synergies, and why fundamentals targeted tools beat chasing the latest influencer darling every time. Most fat-loss tools (like GLP-1s) work by crushing your appetite. SANA takes a completely different route: it flips a switch in your fat cells to burn more calories at rest..basically turning your adipose tissue into a subtle calorie furnace without making you feel wired or suppressing food intake. The simple analogy first: Imagine your mitochondria (the power plants in your cells) normally produce energy (ATP) pretty efficiently. SANA tweaks things in fat tissue so that some of that energy process gets “leaky”, specifically through a creatine-dependent futile cycle. Energy gets used up cycling creatine back and forth (creatine → phosphocreatine → creatine), releasing heat instead of storing it as fat. You burn more calories even while chilling on the couch. Deeper mechanistic dive: • It’s a nitroalkene derivative of salicylate (think aspirin-like scaffold with a nitro group added). This structure lets it influence metabolic signaling in adipose (fat) tissue. • Boosts mitochondrial respiration in fat cells → more efficient oxygen use and overall energy turnover. • Upregulates genes and enzymes involved in creatine metabolism (especially mitochondrial creatine kinase, like Ckmt1). This ramps up the creatine “futile cycle” in both brown and white fat. • Key point: Independent of UCP1 and AMPK. Most thermogenesis (heat production) relies on UCP1 (the classic brown fat pathway). SANA works even if UCP1 is missing — a big deal for real-world effectiveness (works at normal room temps, not just in the cold). • Result in studies: reduced liver fat (steatosis), better insulin sensitivity, increased energy expenditure, and weight loss in diet-induced obesity models — all without eating less. For normal people: It’s like giving your fat cells a mild metabolic “rev” so they waste some calories as heat instead of packing on more storage. Complementary to other tools (training, nutrition, or even GLP-1s) because it hits energy outflow instead of just inflow. RUO only, strictly for research/educational purposes. Quality sourcing matters (Kimera with code ELEVATE if you’re running experiments). This one’s flying under the radar but the mechanism is genuinely novel and clean. 5 sales this month shows early interest people are catching on. #SANA #MVD1 #Biohacking #FatLoss #Metabolism #Thermogenesis #ELEVATE #RUO

Why Seltorexant is one of the coolest, most underrated research compounds right now. Seltorexant (JNJ-42847922) is a selective orexin-2 receptor antagonist. Unlike broad sedatives that knock you out, it dials down wake-promoting orexin signaling in a targeted way promoting natural sleep architecture without the heavy hangover.
From my own research: deepest, most restorative sleep I’ve had in forever. 7 solid hours, woke up clear-headed and energized, no grogginess like with traditional sleep aids. Clinical data backs this: reduced latency to persistent sleep, increased total sleep time efficiency, even trends in mood support.
Why do i think it’s underrated? Most people chase GABAergics or melatonin hacks. This hits the actual wake/sleep switch upstream. Strong potential as a tool for high-performers needing quality recovery without next-day impairment. Pairs interestingly with other research compounds too.
RUO only — for research/educational purposes. Quality matters (head over to Kimera Chems, code ELEVATE saves you up to 20% off). Who else is running Seltorexant in their stack? Drop your notes below (dosing, timing, results). Let’s discuss. #Seltorexant #SleepOptimization #Biohacking #ELEVATE #RUO
