📍 Niger
GCERF recently held a donor information session in Niamey, hosted under the auspices of the
@EmbEspNiger and co-organised with the Haute Autorité à la Consolidation de la Paix (HACP). The session spotlighted three GCERF-funded projects in the Dosso and Tillabéri regions working to strengthen community resilience, promote social dialogue, and mobilise young people and women as central actors in peacebuilding.
🤝 The event brought together representatives from HACP, Ministry of Justice and Centre National d’Etude Stratégique et Sécurité (CNESS). The international community included representatives from Belgium, the European Union, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the United States, while international organisations were represented by GIZ Niger, IOM - UN Migration, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the World Bank.
We thank our civil society partners
