Meet Heather, our research coordinator! She holds a BKin from UFV and an MSc from UofA, where she researched exercise and blood glucose in people with type 1 diabetes. At the Embrace Lab, she coordinates studies, advertising, social media, and coffee walks with her coworkers!
#PCOS is so much more than a fertility issue. It’s a complex hormonal disorder that can impact metabolism, mental health, and long-term health risks. Women with PCOS deserve more than being reduced to their #reproductive potential.
