@CanadianTire I understand that your bike sales are final but when the bike completely breaks after only a few weeks the customer should be given the option to return it. Even if you can fix it why would I want it back if its a faulty product? And you have no one to contact.
Only given the option to have your tech 'repair' it is ridiculous. So now the bike I bought to get to and from work is now at your shop for who knows how many weeks until it's fixed??? Not great customer service and very disappointed.
