Mississauga continues to grow with purpose, guided by a clear focus on housing, infrastructure, and long-term city building.
At the Mississauga Board of Trade’s State of the City, Mayor Carolyn Parrish shared a vision centered on increasing housing supply, advancing major transit projects, and supporting a thriving, connected community.
As new homes are built and infrastructure evolves, reliable energy plays a critical role behind the scenes. As noted by Devon Smith, Senior Advisor, Municipal and Stakeholder Affairs at Enbridge Gas, “reliable and affordable energy is foundational to the city’s economic success.”
This winter was a clear reminder of that reliability in action. Natural gas infrastructure continued to keep homes warm, hospitals running, businesses operating, and essential services online during periods of extreme cold.
Ongoing investments, including the Mississauga Reinforcement Project, are helping ensure the city is ready for what comes next. As growth continues, these investments are supporting expanding communities and helping deliver the energy needed for long term development.
We are proud to continue working alongside the City of Mississauga and the Mississauga Board of Trade, building strong partnerships that support vibrant, growing communities.
