We are expanding our operations and looking for passionate UAV Engineers to join our teams in Ahmedabad and Pune. Role Overview As a UAV Engineer, you will be involved in end-to-end drone development — from design and manufacturing to assembly, testing, and real-world piloting operations. You will work on advanced fixed-wing, multirotor, and hybrid UAV platforms. Key Responsibilities •Design, develop, and optimize UAV airframes, propulsion systems, avionics, and payloads •Lead drone manufacturing processes including composite fabrication, assembly, integration, and quality control •Perform structural analysis, weight optimization, and flight performance simulations •Conduct ground and flight testing, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements •Pilot drones for testing, demonstrations, demonstrations, data collection, and client projects (both manual and autonomous missions) •Develop and maintain flight control systems, autopilot configurations, and mission planning •Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and safety standards •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electronics, software, and field operations) •Support field deployments and client training sessions Requirements •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent •Strong hands-on experience in drone manufacturing (composite materials, 3D printing, CNC, etc.) •Valid DGCA Remote Pilot License (RPL) is mandatory (or willingness to obtain immediately) •Proven experience in flying multirotor and fixed-wing drones •Proficiency in UAV design tools •Knowledge of flight controllers (Pixhawk, ArduPilot, DJI), telemetry systems, and sensors •Understanding of aerodynamics, propulsion, electronics, and embedded systems •Familiarity with Indian drone regulations (Drone Rules 2021) and type certification processes Preferred Skills •Experience with FPV systems, thermal/night vision payloads, or LiDAR integration •Programming skills (Python, C , MATLAB) •Knowledge of ROS, Gazebo, PX4 •Prior work in drone startups or aviation manufacturing •Project management or client-facing experience How to Apply Interested candidates can send their updated resume along with a short video (max 1 minute) showcasing your drone flying or manufacturing work to:
