AI’d Kat on Wed with sexed semen, and if it takes I’m paying someone to dehorn the calf so they turn out better than Bella. And ram turned in the same day so the retained ewe lamb and her Buddy (getting a year off bc she raised triplets and I’m going to Scotland) got relocated.

I’ve had this appointment for 2 weeks. We are 45 minutes in and not a single thing has happened. Bc the person I was to meet with is in a meeting with a regional manager, the temp knows nothing bat the purpose of the meeting and I’m quickly losing my patience.

For what I’m sure is not the last time I introduced myself in a professional meeting & someone said “Oh, you’re Dylan’s mom!” Admittedly, the most important & greatest accomplishment of my life is raising my kids but it’s not as if I have been slacking at work for 30 yrs.

I don’t usually drink, but being back in Ireland once more the black nectar surely tastes good! Judging the Irish National Vegetable Society show on Sunday as part of the Moate show near Athlone. There will be some fantastic vegetables, will keep you posted.
