If you missed the brainchop.org demo today at #ISBI2025, no worries - I’ll be back Wed (Apr 16, 13:30–14:30) & Thu (Apr 17, 13:30–14:30). Stop by to try the demo, learn about our latest research and new developments!
This Thursday, @spikedoanz and Armina Fani are at the Southwestern Psychological Association meeting @the_SEPA at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia! Come by to learn about brainchop.org and our tools — we'd love to chat if you're around! #SEPA#brainchop
Excited to share that I’ll be presenting my abstract at #ADPD2025 in #Vienna this April 1-5 to explore the latest breakthroughs in #Alzheimers, #Parkinsons, and related neurological disorders. Thank you to the @GoizuetaADRC for their invaluable support.
Generating ~200 million parameters in just minutes! 🥳
Excited to share our work with @MTDovent , @heisejiasuo96 , and @YangYou1991: 'Recurrent Diffusion for Large-Scale Parameter Generation' (RPG for short).
Example: Obtain customized models using prompts (see below). (🧵1/8)
Honored to have my first pilot proposal funded by Goizueta ADRC @GoizuetaADRC. Looking forward to advancing neurodegenerative disease research using AI.
Come work with me! Please RT.
Georgia Tech is launching a major new initiative advancing neuroscience, neurotechnology, and our understanding of its societal impacts. We need a program manager to drive this forward, including comms., community, events and programming.
Happy to announce our paper was accepted to International Conference on Learning Representations #ICLR as top 25%. Check out our arxiv arxiv.org/abs/2205.09235v3

Single forward pass volumetric model with 104 FreeSurfer ROIs barely fits on most GPUs. @MMasoud2021 made it work in your browser. Atlas models are now on brainchop.org If 104 regions is too large, try the smaller 50-ROI model.

My paper on latent factor learning for fMRI data, which seems to outperform ICA and is inspired by LFADs, by @chethan is online now arxiv.org/abs/2205.13640. We replace the latent factors with distributions to encourage disentanglement and temporal independence.
Neuroscientist Christoff Koch called the human brain the “most complex object in our observable universe”
