The girlies make polygel nails look SO easy when in fact they are not. On the bright side I finally got my Gel-X prep to the point where my nails have zero lifting after over a week. This set might give me 3-4 weeks.

I only live in an HOA community because I wanted a pool that I don't have to maintain. Next house I'll just maintain my own damn pool because between the mgmt company and neighbors who don't pay dues but complain the amenities aren't available I'm over it.

This happened to me. Wasn't a luxury car, but a new one nonetheless. The manager of the dealership tried to play games about the pricing (I was ready to buy but the price when we started the paperwork was 10k higher than the price on the car.

Then he insulted me on the low when I told him my credit score. He said something slick like "No your actual FICO not what Credit Karma told you" so I left. He said I would regret it because he'd have it sold by EOD. They called me for 3 weeks trying to get me to reconsider.
