OK, After 2 day of going in circles & being misinformed by the people at @Lufthansa @Lufthansa_USA finally someone on Chat cared & someone in Germany gave us a US number we'd been told did not exist. Finally there may be help. Although if any element does not fit in the airlines' very limited forms, there's no one to explain important details to. This would be a great airline if they hired people to actually speak w customers over issues of misplaced luggage & myriad other matters.

Stay tuned to find out if @lufthansa @Lufthansa_USA chooses to do right by customers, or not. I will fill you guys in.
