This pointless, costly, evil war was launched because Israel wants to destroy the sole regional adversary willing to oppose their unfettered territorial expansion. Look no further than Lebanon right now for the geopolitical truth. Israel is murdering innocent people, demolishing villages, and seizing land that does not belong to them. Since March 2 of this year, over 1.2 million people have been displaced. Through its proxies, Iran poses a threat to Israel's wholesale slaughter and barbaric conquest. That's why Trump attacked. One need not support the theocratic Iranian government to oppose this war. It's wrong on every level, and those who remain silent will be judged by future generations.
