It has since been de facto replaced by said constitution, rather than remaining the foundation. This Declaration of Independence is, therefore, to be a continuation of the original; with the intent to state that the constitution derives its authority from the original Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1776), and that we the citizens of the United States of America are an independent and free people. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right and duty of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. Funds are taken from the citizens to be given to the invaders. Customs the citizens must follow are ignored by the invaders with the help of the local governments at great detriment to the citizens. Representation in our government is given to the invaders through a broken census. Invaders have made it into our government through a claim of dual-citizenship while only working to promote the interest of their foreign citizenship. Justice is continuously obstructed in order to protect the bad actors in our government. Our protections are sold to the highest bidder of the lobbies of our government: -Our food poisoned for the profit of the individuals in our government -Our laws subverted for the profit of the individuals in our government -Our inheritances sold for the profit of the individuals in our government Our taxes are sent abroad while our infrastructure crumbles around us.
