Why are there no racing games today that feel like these sega games? Every arcade game today feels hefty and much less responsive, not to mention the massive drift speed loss, and the collision system is made to make sure you’re always in the middle of the action

Sin and Punishment. Despite being a Japan-exclusive, the game features full English voice acting because the developers felt it gave the sci-fi setting a more authentic "Hollywood" action movie feel! There is fan translation available. This game is a must play.
