You don't deserve praise for being against third world mass immigration if you ignore the mass murder of Europeans by the Putin-regime, just like you don't deserve praise for supporting Ukraine if you wilfully ignore the constant stream of imported violence in the EU.

We are no Musk fans in the slightest, but there might have also been something else causing unrest in the UK. In fact, an unrelenting stream of things - things that many people would not have even heard of without this platform.

Europe cannot afford to outsource its digital sovereignty. When access to frontier AI can be switched off by foreign security decisions, strategic autonomy is no longer a slogan - it is a necessity.

The mood shift on here over the last week and a half is really palpable. Much of the right, especially in Britain, seems to be done with formulating arguments. They are out for blood, figuratively and increasingly also literally. And even if they wanted to apply nuance, there has hardly been any time for that before a new imported atrocity presented itself.

Leaving aside actual calls to violence, the only physical danger regarding "hate speech" is the people who lack impulse control and think mean words are a legitimate reason to murder someone. And by and large, people who think like that aren't European, yet Europeans are the primary target of these ever more draconian hate speech laws.

The main problem with the EU Migration Pact is that it basically says that anyone is allowed to break into our continent and come live here as long as they have a good enough sob story. Instead of closing our external borders like Europeans demand, it turns illegal entry into a legal pathway for those deemed "genuine refugees". Human trafficking NGOs are allowed to continue their hostile activities unimpeded, not to mention all the ideologues working in our asylum system, courts and other government institutions. Also, suggesting that most people who arrive in Europe "flee war and persecution" is just straight up manipulative propaganda, and so is mixing in images from the war in Ukraine - Ukrainians did not enter our regular asylum system, already had the right to visa-free travel on the basis of the Association Agreement and are furthermore mostly women and children from a neighbouring European country instead of random men from places like Sudan.

Even the traditionally most conservative institutions in the West like the church and the crown have now been subverted into globo-progressivism.

We respect Catholicism as an integral part of European culture, but we are not going to just sit by while this man - like his predecessor- is trying to morally blackmail Europeans into accepting even more civilisation-wrecking third world replacement migration.

I like writing a good long format post as much as the next man - even if it gets me much less engagement - but it feels like people are overdoing it lately. The whole timeline now being flooded with 300 word essays on ideas that could much better be conveyed with simple memes.

Even crazier than the fact that we now have to concern ourselves with a literal beheading on the streets of Europe is the fact that this isn't the first time this decade.

Dear yanks, this is really getting annoying. Please pay attention: These are the so-called British Isles off the coast of Western Europe. On these isles there are two sovereign states, one is called the "Republic of Ireland" and the other the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and NORTHERN IRELAND". It is literally in the name. Northern Ireland is part of the UK. This is were the attempted beheading and subsequent riots took place.

Unfortunately, the people who this meme is mocking still won't get it.
