Thank you @ZovkoEU for your forward looking report on EU’s ocean diplomacy. European leadership in ocean diplomacy is essential. The report’s calls for stronger multilateral action and increased transparency align with our work under the #EUOceanPact and the upcoming 2040 Vision for fisheries & aquaculture 🇪🇺 The issues raised in the report are directly informing the work currently underway in the Commission, in particular on fisheries external action. In this context, its strong emphasis on ocean diplomacy for the competitiveness of our sector is both timely and well placed.
