I feel incredibly fortunate to have been a shareholder in Tesla as it exploded from 2013 to 2021, and now in SpaceX as it has exploded from 2021 to 2026. Over the past 15 years or so, these are arguably the two most extraordinary value-creation stories in modern business history. What makes it even more remarkable is that both were built by the same person. I still can’t quite get over that fact. It has been a privilege to witness it firsthand and an honor to have been along for the ride.

I see the fast-merger thesis is now “let’s not talk about price. Let’s focus on something else, shall we?” Probably because giving up your $TSLA shares for $600 when you have a long term thesis they are soon worth $2,500 seems foolish. Spoiler: it is. Getting diluted BY HALF right before robotaxi in exchange for half of the $SPCX gains from space data centers in 3 years is imbalanced. Timing matters. A lot. Counter proposal: Merge in 2029. Let robotaxi scale and TSLA hit $5T. Let SpaceX get starship flying and see where they are at. Terafab wont be making chips for 8-10 years anyway. Simple, and everyone wins.

A Model Y driver started experiencing a medical emergency with chest pain mid-drive & called his son. His son then remotely rerouted the car – which had FSD Supervised enabled – to the nearest hospital & let them know the vehicle was en route. ER staff were standing by on arrival. Doctors later confirmed the quick reroute likely saved his life.
