@Evri__Delivery kindly train your delivery men to pay attention to details. I had to personally look for and deliver a package wrongfully delivered at my doorstep and left for almost 4 days. Address was clearly not mine and I had to trace the address and person to deliver myself.

@evri crap delivery when we were out today! Might as well have thrown it in the pavement…easier for thieves to steal. It has happened before… rubbish care over delivery methods!

Once again @Evri__Delivery have failed to deliver a parcel that was needed today latest. Due yesterday. Didn’t arrive. So boring and now screwed having to pay out more money to an electrician.

@Evri__Delivery driver sits on my drive way outside for 45 mins then proceeds to scan my package to say not being able to deliver this - this is disgusting - he was outside for 45 mins - I have his number plate too and a photo if needed … this was for my mums birthday tomorrow

@evrisupportline I really don’t know how @evri has gone so bad. I’ve lost 5 parcels this month.. I’ve used the chat support, called the number, emailed customer support. No help whatsoever. I’m unsure what else I could do.

@Evri__Delivery #evri #hermes #retweet Customer service is appalling. I changed my delivery place to a locker mid route. The QR code to collect was sent to wrong email. Five days calling and chatting with Evri. Five days saying they will get back to me in 24 hours No response.
