Today marks the day the neighbouring Arab states of the newly formed State of Israel launched an unprovoked attack on the fledgling Jewish state - and told all the Arab inhabitants of the new State of Israel to leave so they could destroy the Jews and that they could return when they had killed all the Jewish inhabitants. They failed. The Arab residents of Israel who did not listen and remained - and their descendants - are now full citizens of the only democracy in the Middle East and enjoy full freedom & equality. Those Arabs who left were told to do so by their fellow Arab neighbours. This was not then - and is not now - the fault of Israel. To say otherwise is a lie.
