🟢 the 3rd speaker, Benjamin Neimark is a Senior Lecturer at @QMUL. His current research looks at the US military as a global climate actor and, more broadly, the environment footprints of the world’s militaries.
🟢 the 4th speaker, @patrickmbigger, is the Research Director at @cplusci. His scholarly research focused on the creation and regulation of new financial mechanisms by governments, financiers, and NGOs that try to reconcile capitalism’s environmental and economic contradictions.
