The serendipity of exchange programs! Having previously lived abroad in Bangladesh, Muriel Boyd was delighted to unexpectedly meet Professor IV G. M. We are saddened by the passing of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. She is pictured here, in 2004, with an IVLP group of Supreme Court Justices from Taiwan. She will be remembered for her love of exchanges. She will be missed.
