We believe redefining what ‘counts’ as exercise can be important when encouraging women and girls to get active. 💃 Whether it’s fencing, dancing in the living room or running up and down the garden, it’s all movement and is definitely worth it! 👏 #ThisGirlCan

St Mirren fans have now raised over £2,500 to give to small local community charity ahead of their game against SK Brann in Norway tonight. They wanted to help those in need and leave their mark in a nice way whilst in the city. ❤️ 🇳🇴🤝🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 gofund.me/2c8d90f4

Drawing: Possible causes of your problems. I've been appalled at the scenes we've witnessed over the last few days. It's utterly unacceptable that people should have to live in fear because of the colour of their skin. [Polite comments only, please.]

One of the very best Yeovil fans. A sad loss to our community, and our many, many away trips to obscure back street real ale houses with the CGs. I will raise a lager to Hugh each time I get to a Yeovil game this season just to piss him off one last time. Love to the family.

It’s with indescribable heartbreak and sadness we share the news that our Dad, Hugh (Huish Hugh), lost his battle with cancer yesterday. He was at home where he wanted to be and passed peacefully. To say this year has been tough for him would be an understatement.
