Connect the dots. 👇 Apr 20 → Nitin Gadkari publicly pushes 100% ethanol blending at Green Transport Conclave Apr 22 → Govt amends ATF rules to open aviation fuel as a brand new ethanol market Apr 28 → Airlines say they’re on the “verge of stopping operations” Now ask: Who benefits from ethanol becoming mandatory in jet fuel? ▸ Nikhil Gadkari (Nitin Gadkari’s Son) → MD, Cian Agro Industries (ethanol producer) ▸ Sarang Gadkari (Nitin Gadkari’s Son) → Director, Manas Agro Industries (ethanol producer) Meanwhile, airlines; collectively carrying crores of passengers; are begging the same government to cut ATF excise duty. A lever fully within the Centre’s control. Untouched. The policy that helps family-linked businesses gets cleared in 48 hours. The relief that saves an entire industry waits indefinitely. The question every Indian air traveller deserves an answer to: Whose interest is this government actually flying for?
Air India, IndiGo and SpiceJet have told the government that the country's airline industry is under extreme stress and on the verge of "stopping operations", as they sought revision in ATF pricing and financial support. thehindu.com/news/national/a…

⛽️ ETHANOL BLENDING IN INDIA ⛽️ US produces about 53% of Global Ethanol, Yet Ethanol Blending is upto 10% in America. India produces less than 5% of global Ethanol with blending upto 20% now. The price of Petrol didn’t fall after blending. The common man had 0 benefit. WHO ARE THE BENEFICIARIES THEN?

Serving army officer argues own divorce case before Supreme Court: Wife: I am not here against divorce (divorce has already been granted). I am challenging the remarks and findings on cruelty and desertion made against me by the family court and high court. They may be expunged. Husband: I had to fight 10 years to get my parents’ name out, my sister’s name out and my name out from the allegations she had made against me and now she wants that they be omitted. Please see the allegations which were put on me. First allegation, trying to convert her religion, trying to murder her, sexual determination and gender bias, pressurising her to terminate pregnancy, harassment for dowry, demanding dowry, stalking, threatening with weapon… I had to fight 10 years to get my name cleared from this. Till date they have taken out about 57 lakhs from me. Court: they have taken out means what? It’s according to the family court’s order. Husband: in another matter they have to return 11.7 lakhs to me. Court: that’s a different matter, you have got recourse to the courts for that. Husband: the maintenance which they have taken from me is on a false affidavit. They have misled the family court. She has filed two contradicting affidavits. Court: contradicting doesn’t mean that it’s false. Court: What were the allegations in the divorce suit? Wife: cruelty in terms of not staying with him in his place of work, desertion that I did not go with my daughter to his house and instead I went to my parents’ house. I wanted to open my dental clinic in Ahmedabad has been used against me. Saying that I don’t want to join my husband in his place of work, knowing that he’s an army man. Court: yes, wife having own work, there’s nothing wrong with that. Court to husband: are you standing the risk of getting this judgement of high court reversed? [the judgement which had granted divorce based on wife’s cruelty]. We don’t think a single allegation in your petition amounts to cruelty, if you seek our opinion. Do you want to take that risk? Husband: the charges that were put on me… Court: let things be over. Forget about the past and move on. That’s more advisable for you. Husband: it took me 10 years to get my name cleared from the charges which she had put against me. Court: you also dragged her here till Supreme Court. (The husband has filed a perjury case against the wife for the alleged contradictory affidavits) The court ultimately reserved its order in the case.

No need to come back. Indians must understand the difference between Bharat, the oldest unbroken dharmic civilization since the Bronze Age, and India, a modern nation-state governed by a democratic system since 1947. Your love and gratitude for Bharat should not be weaponized as a guilt trip to pull you back to India, where merit is devalued, corruption is normalized, adulteration is rampant, civic sense is poor, pollution is pervasive, babushahi stifles efficiency, appeasement and freebies shape policy, and mobs dictate terms to democratically elected governments. Bharat stays with you. Wherever you go, the civilization goes with you. If you want to preserve and carry forward that civilization, practice dharmic righteousness wherever you are and uphold its values through your conduct, work, and integrity. You don't have to be in India for it.
Open letter to Indians in America. -- Dear brothers and sisters from Bharat: Like I did 37 years ago, you arrived in America with no money but with a good education and cultural heritage from Bharat. You achieved outstanding success. America was good to us. For that we must remain grateful - gratitude is our Bharatiya way. Yet today, a significant number of Americans, may be not the majority but not too far from it either, believe that Indians "take away" American jobs and our success in America was unfairly earned. You may think the next election will fix this, but your choice would be between people who hate our Bharatiya civilisation and people who hate civilisation itself. That is the "hard right" vs "woke left" battle. You are mere bystanders to that conflict. Meanwhile there is one thing that is true now and will be true in the future: the respect Indians command world-wide will substantially depend on the fortunes of India herself. If India remains poor, the woke left will give us moral lectures with pity and the hard right, different moral lectures with scorn ("hellhole") and we must not confuse either with respect. Respect in today's world, along with prosperity and security, comes from one source: a nation's technological prowess. India produces sufficient brain power to achieve that prowess but alas we exported so much of that talent, particularly to America. As we develop that prowess in India, our civilisational strength will assert itself. As difficult as it is for many of you to contemplate this, please come back home. Bharat Mata needs your talent. Our vast youthful population needs the technology leadership you gained over the years to guide them towards prosperity. Let's do it with a missionary zeal. Respectfully Sridhar Vembu

An influencer in Amravati was assaulted by a neo-Ambedkarite mob for stating that Ambedkar having 32 degrees is a myth, that he had only eight, the rest honorary. He said this respectfully, had previously made several pro-Ambedkar videos. This is how the state creates constitutionally backed cults in an identity-fragmented democracy, for votes. The so-called democracy, freedom of speech, and right to opinion are a farce. If a group has sufficient electoral value, votes together but conditionally, and/or can riot, individual liberty holds little value for the state against that group, even when no crime has been committed. The same applies to so-called freedom of speech warriors, comedians, actors, authors, civil society figures, cartoonists, feminists, etc., who sermonize about free speech as if it’s sacred, but go conveniently silent when it actually matters.

Various state police are sending notices to Twitter seeking user details even for trivial issues, like mere criticism of state functioning. Such cases rarely hold up in court, and even the police know it. They still proceed because they know that the process is the punishment. They seek details; Twitter notifies the user that the police want their information, that alone is usually enough to scare most people. If details are shared, the user is called to the police station for questioning. In most cases, they’re let go after that, but by then the process has worn them down enough to deter them from speaking again. So people, waqt sahi nahi hai. Unless you have strong backing and/or big money, be careful about what you write. The rights you think you have don’t actually exist if a state decides to go after you.

January 20, 1995: Sandeep, the 13-year-old son of a cement businessman, left for school in Delhi but never returned. The family searched extensively but couldn’t find him. The next day, the businessman received a call stating that his son had been kidnapped, with a ransom demand of ₹30,000. The kidnappers instructed him to leave the money in a bus near Loni flyover and warned him not to inform the police. The family informed the police anyway, and a case was registered at Gokulpuri Police Station. During the investigation, a neighbour said the child was seen in an autorickshaw with a tall man locally known as “Masterji” for being a school martial arts instructor. Police traced him, he was Salim Khan, a martial arts instructor at Ramjas School, Daryaganj. He confessed and led the police to a drain in Mustafabad, where the child’s body was found. In 1997, the Karkardooma Court sentenced him to life imprisonment. He appealed in the Delhi High Court and was granted interim bail in 2000, but he absconded. In 2011, the High Court upheld his sentence, but he remained at large. For 26 years, he hid in places like Karnal and Ambala, working as a wardrobe maker. Around 2010, he moved to Loni in Ghaziabad and opened a women’s clothing store. He later became a social activist and YouTuber under a new name, Salim Wastik, an ex-Muslim known for calling out radical preachers in Islam. He had little name and fame until last month, when he was stabbed multiple times at his Ghaziabad home by two brothers, Zeeshan and Gulfam, for allegedly blasphemous comments on the Prophet, an incident that suddenly brought Salim into mainstream discussion. He survived, gaining newfound fame and a “warrior” image. During this media coverage, the victim boy’s family noticed his face and suspected that he was the same Salim who had killed their son. They informed the police. Preliminary investigations, including fingerprint analysis, matched. Today, Salim Khan alias Salim Wastik was arrested. Incidents like these make you believe that the consequences of your actions are paid here, in this life itself. Hope he rots in jail for the rest of his life.

@DehradunPolice @DdnNagarnigam @Namami_IAS

Supreme Court hears a matrimonial case: Husband: I don’t want a divorce. Court: divorce is filed by wife? On what grounds? Husband: cruelty and desertion. Court: false charge of adultery, you could not prove, that itself is ground for divorce. Wife is not asking for alimony? Husband: no Court: you should be happy. Are you a software engineer? Husband: now I am a freelancer. Court: everyone becomes unemployed after divorce proceedings are filed. Wife says she has resigned, husband will say he has given up his job, he has been thrown out on the complaint of the wife, something or the other. Now you have become freelancer. Court: did you prove adultery against her? Husband: no. Wife: I have solemnised a second marriage after divorce was granted by trial court and upheld by high court. Husband: please hear me for a moment. Court: pay 50 lakhs (to wife) [as permanent alimony] Husband: that is not even her demand. Court: no, we are saying that. Husband: may I make one more submission. We can explore custody of child through mediation. Court: dismissed.
