Men’s bootcamp- Meeting Tues & Thurs 5:30am-6:15am Location: Large green space off of RB pkwy in front of Village Center (in front of the Church at Ross Bridge)
14 studs came out and played 4 corners with blocks. Remember that you may not be in an ideal state 100% of the time. Just know that the rough patches are just a small phase you have to go through. Find something that puts you in an ideal phase 80% of the time @F3Birmingham
25 studs came out to support hotpocket for his VQ! We may or may not have jumped in the pool. Great job men! Remember to work on your job description! @F3Birmingham
23 PAX conquered a 1 mile Indian run down the hill on Orchard. T merkins, tempo jump squats, & crunchy frogs along the way. 1 mile Indian run back. Rinse & repeat exercises. Close with elevens- Jillian Michaels & hand release merkins. @F3Birmingham@F3Albatross@dollyslibrary
29 played spin the bottle roulette at albatross. 5 guys led us throughout the workout. Great lead fellas! We then each shared something with the entire group we are thankful for. Please remember to pray over that blessing and not take it for granted! @F3Birmingham
21 men took to the water this morning for something a little different. While one group swam a lap the other groups did squat thrusters, raise the roofs, squat jumps to a target, and jump rope. We wrapped up with a high pace Indian run.
Great work men! @F3Birmingham
Excellent morning for @F3Birmingham as we celebrated our 7 year anniversary this AM. Huge group of leaders in this photo. Let’s keep impacting others around us!!!
23 HIM showed up for Jimbo’s VQ which included a 50 count beat down with squats, thrusters, cinder block run and some alternating sprints & burpees to finish. We learned about the value of taking a step back & enjoying the view as well as feeding the good wolf inside.
Last month we celebrated a flag pass for our one year anniversary. 43 guys were there to support a handoff from Cartboy to Jenner. It’s been a great year! Keep it up fellas.
26 PAX showed up for a Spurs VQ on a beautiful morning to run the bases and some group block work. Remembering to be consistent in order to be successful in their endeavors! @F3Birmingham
27 HIM went to work on a beautiful morning. We trekked to the Greenside Park w/ blocks in hand. We knocked out doras & wall work along the way. We closed out with sprints & a jack webb. Appreciate the travelers for #15nfeb. Excellent work, fellas!!! @F3Birmingham@F3Albatross
27 HIM came out to support our good friend Luke Mastroianni who is battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Luke, you’re an inspiration to us all! Keep fighting brother @F3Birmingham
20 HIM took bricks to the trail and did loops on the hill, for 3.7ish miles total. Sorry we were late fellas but great work.
Led by @Grogbeggs@F3Birmingham
30 GENTS (including 2 #downrangers from @F3StLouis) allowed me to lead this AM. Thank you, I had fun!
Remember: Be a good neighbor; and check on that someone today.
86 was there! 🔥 @F3Birmingham
Beavers VQ!!! 16 HIM came out in full force for a nice, warm 20 degree trail run! We made sure we persevered through the Dora. Always remember in the words of Roosevelt, “courage is not having strength to go on; it is going on when you don’t have strength.” @F3Birmingham
12 HIM came out this morning for Dora work on 3 different fields including LBC’s, American Hammers, Big Boys, Flutters, Mt Climbers, Squats, Merkins, Squat Jumps, & more. Remember to serve well in each area of your life and look for more opportunities. @F3Birmingham
16 men (including 1 FNG) covered some ground in RB this frosty morning with some Dora & ab work on the trail. Remember George Bailey in It’s a Wonderful Life and how he put the needs of others above his own. Like Clarence the angel said - no man is a failure who has friends.
Our brother photograph came back to the states & led us! Don’t stop striving to set & reach for a high standard for your life, family, & community. Have grace with yourself and know that we all get there at different rates. Don’t quit & have some fun along the way!
19 PAX knocked out an Indian run mile with bricks. We also completed a handful of Jack Webbs and a Demotivator. Nice work fellas! Remember to turn that grumble into gratitude! A God-centered life produces a praise-filled life. @F3Birmingham
18 started their Tuesday off right at @F3Albatross with a Jack Webb, way too many man makers, and a strong push to finish. Be mindful of how you react to things that take place in your life! @F3Birmingham
