📺 F3 In The News! 📺 A special thank you to KTAL NBC 6 for shining a light on the men of F3 Texarkana (a place where half the men are from out-of-state but not downrange) and the impact they're making in their community. Every week, men from all walks of life find their way to a common junction, stepping out of comfort and into growth. They push their limits, extend their range, and discover a supportive nest of friendships that make life a little less lonely and alot more meaningful. Some arrive looking for a bootcamp, some the rucks, some the runs (up to six/seven miles). Others come because life has left them feeling worn down. But after countless moments, shared struggles, and early mornings together, they often find something they didn't know they needed: brotherhood. And that's where real change happens. Not in the workouts themselves, but on the razor's edge between who we are and who we're capable of becoming. It's where men learn to lead, serve, and support one another shoulder to shoulder. Thank you to the men of F3 Texarkana for representing the mission so well, and thank you to KTAL NBC 6 for helping tell a story that communities across the country need to hear. ktalnews.com/video/f3-fitnes… facebook.com/share/r/198HTRY… #F3Nation #F3Texarkana #ChangeMenChangeTheWorld #EveryManMatters #ShoulderToShoulder #FitnessFellowshipFaith #MenLeadingMen #CommunityLeadership

Absoluture honored to speak to my friend and hero Jesse Harmon. @F3Nation. And he made me cry.
Most people get this backwards: The strength you show in a crisis isn't about toughness. It's about how you respond when life delivers the unthinkable. One lesson from my conversation with Jesse Harmon: Resilience isn't about never breaking. It's about how you put yourself back together when you do. After losing his wife and navigating unimaginable grief, Jesse discovered that resilience is built through small, daily choices: • Faith over fear • Hope over despair • Love over bitterness • Community over isolation Learn more about Tank the Turtle and how he wasn't just a character. He became a symbol of perseverance. through his mother's strength. Still thinking about this. youtube.com/watch?v=vCjG3FMK…

If a man claims to believe anything, it is part of his masculine duty to deepen his understanding of it. A belief that cannot stand up to scrutiny and that a man cannot defend is a child’s wish. @F3Nation

.@F3Nation 🚨 New Episode Drop 🚨 Turning the Other Cheek Is the Most Powerful Thing a Man Can Do "Turning the other cheek exposes the injustice. It's the most masculine thing you could possibly do." — @dreddcnc You think it's surrender. It's an offensive move. The man who absorbs the blow and stands there forces everyone to see who threw it. ✅ Heckler's Veto → Victim's Veto → Third-Party Veto ✅ Why your fight never transfers to someone else ✅ The Virtuous Man: force that elevates, not diminishes ✅ "Not my fault, but my responsibility" Hard rock holds. Gravel scrambles. Which one are you standing on? WATCH HERE: youtu.be/R6vBiI0nBXA #TheWhetstone #F3Nation #Leadership #MinivanCenturion #HIM

The Sustaining Relationship. Your work (job) is not your Personal Purpose, and your Personal Purpose is not to work. They can overlap, certainly, but there is danger in conflating the two. It leads a man to orient his worth incorrectly. @F3Nation

Many men get to a certain age or station in life and wonder “what’s next for me?” It is to come down from the peak you’ve attained and show another man the way. Then repeat for eternity. Passing knowledge and skills down is the key to continuing to become the man you are called to be. @F3Nation

A Message from The Mayor @F3Suncoast When I moved to Florida in 2023, my sons Wayne and Brian encouraged me to try F3, a free, peer-led outdoor fitness program for men. F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith and is built on five core principles: always free, open to all men, always outdoors, peer-led, and ending each workout with a Circle of Trust where men support one another and share life together. I arrived at my first workout as a 74-year-old, overweight, out-of-shape man surrounded by younger participants. I was nervous, but from day one I was welcomed with open arms. F3 gave me the nickname "The Mayor" because of my previous service as Mayor of Texarkana, Arkansas. One of the things I appreciated most was hearing, "Modify if you need to." F3 meets men where they are while encouraging them to grow. Another guiding principle is, "Leave no man behind, but leave no man where he was." More than once, when I struggled to keep up, the group circled back to encourage me forward. Over the past four years, I have lost 30 pounds, improved my fitness, and built meaningful friendships. In 2026, at age 77, I stepped into leadership by serving as the workout leader, known as the "Q." The support I received from other men, including those who ran miles to celebrate my first and second opportunities to lead, perfectly demonstrated the fellowship that makes F3 special. Today, I am the only man over 70 regularly participating in our local F3 group. Yet I have never felt out of place. These men—many young enough to be my sons or grandsons—have welcomed, encouraged, and challenged me every step of the way. I would encourage any man, regardless of age or fitness level, to give F3 a try. Few organizations bring together men across multiple generations to improve their health, build friendships, and become better leaders in their families and communities. F3 has certainly done that for me.

.@F3Nation 🚨 New Episode Drop 🚨 Ep 62 | You're Not Over-Planning. You're Afraid to Execute. "A medium-ish plan, violently executed, beats a perfect plan tepidly performed every single time." - @dreddcnc You've read the books. Built the frameworks. Refined the system. And you still haven't moved. That's not preparation. That's fear wearing a productive disguise. ✅ The 4-phase LDP and why Failure is the brick most men refuse to lay ✅ The PONR: the military concept that ends planning and starts execution ✅ Pass Praise / Take Blame live from a federal courtroom ✅ Why the organization that punishes failure gets the leaders it deserves Head knowledge is free. Heart knowledge costs you failure. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/p5ohUVNLUL4 #TheWhetstone #F3Nation #Leadership #Execution #LDP #ZebraJockey #QSource

🚨 F3 IN THE NEWS!!! 🚨 This. Thank you, Horizon West They didn't write about burpees. They didn't write about cinder blocks. They didn't write about how many miles the men ran. They wrote about what matters. ✅ Men’s Purpose ✅ Men’s Community ✅ Men’s Mental Health ✅ Men’s Leadership All from a group of men showing up for one another before the sun comes up. A special thank you to Horizon West Happenings for taking the time to tell the story of the men of F3 Horizon Heat and shine a light on the positive impact that happens when men come together in the spirit of Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Because while the workout may be what brings a man out for the first time, it's the relationships, accountability, and shared purpose that keep him coming back. That's how we change men and how men change communities. Together. Love ya’ll. horizonwesthappenings.com/ne…#F3Nation #ChangeMenChangeTheWorld #ShoulderToShoulder #EveryManMatters #NoManLeftBehind #FitnessFellowshipFaith #MenLeadingMen #CommunityLeadership
