🇪🇺 FESI strongly welcomes the Parliament's vote to extend the current #GSP scheme until 2⃣0⃣2⃣7⃣. This will ensure predictability for the future of the textile & footwear industry👕👟 as well as growth in dvping countries. We now call on EU Member States to #RenewGSP as well⌛

Today’s vote was necessary to secure the continuation of trade benefits for appr. 60 developing countries. But it was the unfortunate consequence of absence of agreement between Council and Parliament on readmissions. Now let us go that extra mile. #GSP
