Oh @btw_uk the gift that keeps on giving!
It wasn’t enough to ruin my Easter weekend, No BB since 27 March, 4G hub arrived yesterday & it’s ineffective, my job was closed even though not resolved and now I’m being told the issue won’t be resolved until April 8 #BTStayUnconnected

I resisted renewing 4 so long as u always botch it up & leave me without internet. No internet for over a week! Me and my wife both work from home and everything runs off of the internet. 4G mini hub is not going to cut it, Stay connected is a false economy! Happy Easter @bt_uk
