Back with Class of ’29 RB Johnnie “The Rocket” Rollins III. Fresh off track season, we quickly got him back into RB mode. This weeks work: ladder exits, lateral cuts, ball security, reaction drills, obstacle avoidance, dead-leg moves, jump cuts, and finishing vertical through the gate. Track builds speed.
