On 5/10, My husband made a reservation through @bookingcom for #TheAlanHotel in Manchester. Money has gone from his credit card, but no email or PIN. The Alan has no booking. Can you advise what our next course of action should be? Many thanks.

Hey @monzo - another week along, no word yet from your scam team. How can a person be sure their case is being dealt with if every deadline comes and goes and no contact is made from your end? Do we just call every week on the off chance? Can we have a case number from you pls?

1/6 Do you have a teenager at home? Do they vape? As an ex addict (of both nicotine and alcohol), Iām horrified at the lax attitude the UK take towards vaping. Ask any teacher at a secondary school and theyāll tell you what a huge issue vaping is amongst teensā¦.

Neither of us signed up to it for a private drug. We wanted to help ppl.
The @Conservatives @DHSCgovuk stopping the NHS from providing this drug makes me furious that I volunteered for *nothing*
