🫀Left Ventricular venting in children with myocarditis requiring VA #ECMO?? Case series describing percutaneous LV venting technique in 3 pediatric patients with fulminant myocarditis using pigtail catheter retrogradely inserted into LV. Effective unloading achieved in all patients, allowing successful weaning from #ECLS. One patient developed limb ischemia requiring DPC; no additional catheter-related complications occurred.
