Last night's homemade hummus topped with peppers roasted with cumin, garlic a few extra chickpeas tossed in near the end. Gorgeous with mint dressing (whizzed up olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, fresh mint leaves), roasted aubergine, beef kofta, salad.
