Last month the @FVCoop employees in Grant, NE completed a joint training with the Grant Fire and Rescue team on grain bin extraction. Grain bin safety is critical because entrapment, falls, and structural accidents can lead to fatalities in seconds.

This. Always the issue when not staying the course in a drought. Wait until some nice rain then decide to plant. The fertilizer and herbicide you applied after the nice rains does little if it doesn’t rain again soon, but the weeds will come.

Same herbicide used in both pictures. Difference is the early May applied fields had nice activating rains. Late May applications did not!

One of the major American car manufacturers should produce a vehicle that has basically no technology or computers. Just mostly mechanical and easy to work on. Make them inexpensive and gas efficient. I bet they would sell like hotcakes.
