To enhance our staff capacity and quality in program implementation, data collection, analysis, and interpretation, @FXBRwanda is conducting a three-day workshop on the validation of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tools for different activities/interventions that are implemented through the #FXBVillage projects. This initiative strengthens @FXBRwanda and staff ability to effectively plan and carry out the project activities, as well as ensure regular monitoring to achieve the project goals, creating a desired impact in communities served.
